The KEY ORGANIZER can be used on a terminal server, e.g. Citrix^® or Windows Server. Please observe the conditions for purchasing sufficient licenses, see price list.

The network user licenses are concurrent user licenses, i.e. you only have to purchase as many licenses as there are users accessing the common database simultaneously.

Technical requirements: For the organization of the integrated database, every simultaneous user of the KEY ORGANIZER must be registered with his/her well-defined Windows user name. If users worked in several program sessions with one Windows user name at the same time, this could (theoretically) cause overlapping in the database management.
