The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of a license for use of the KEY ORGANIZER software.
If you wish to use your company’s own order form please transfer these conditions (at least in the general sense) to your order form.

	The buyer’s name will be visibly registered in the software (personalization).
	Delivery: You will be mailed a download link and an invoice as a PDF file.
	Payment: Invoices are to be settled within 14 days after receipt of the program and the invoice. We do not grant any cash discount deduction. We accept payment by PayPal, Neteller, Moneybookers and bank transfer (international wire transfer).

This License Agreement (please click on the link) for standard software, which has to be accepted by every user, applies for the use of the KEY ORGANIZER.
